Okay so their not exactly Polar Opposites, and I might of just stole the title from that Modest Mouse Song, but to me, the shoes and the sky represent the same amount of distance between the arctics. Shot in studio and later composited in Photoshop, i really wanted to bring the blue out all the way. This is me being more a painter then a photographer, really.

"Polar Opposites"

painter you are indeed luke, the brown to blue really brings out that landscape edge you have in the background
